this have been giving me a lot of disgrace. I reall y need help, because i can't take off my clothes in the presence of my fellow boys, due to the smalish size.

That is the is the average length for an Asian man but otherwise it is pretty small but girls say its all about skill. Don't do surgery as skin from dead men is what is actually used!

Are we talking 4 inches erect? If so then it is below average, and am afraid to say there is not an awful lot you can do about it. If we're talking 4 inches flacid then there's nothing really very wrong with that. The majority of "big boys" are smaller than their "average boys" when flacid. Either way, you can't do anything that's either safe or affordable.
Taking your clothes off infront of fellow boys? Hmmm... if you and them are gay and up for it then it's a problem... if not, and they're all straight, tell them to stop looking at your penis!

I dont want to be unkind,but I will be truthful.This is what answers is about,being honest.Your penis is small,tiny.You could pull it every day.I have watched a programme about little willies,and what they did with string,was attach a house brick to weigh the penis downwards.Done every day it does eventually lengthen it,even if it was an extra two inches that would be enough.

Listen no stress. A small Knife can cut a big pumpkin, if you know how to use it. Before you go have some plastic surgery. Have you had any problems with you manhood so far? I mean do women complain about it? If the ladies are coming back for more, then it's your immagination. Cheer up. Lifes not so bad.

4" flaccid is a good size.
If you are 4" erect then your penis is below average.

is it four inches long erect or when its not erect? you don't make it clear, so I assume its when erect so yes this would be considered small but try not to worry about it too much, its really what way you use your hole body when having sex, like your fingers, tongue even what you say to a woman can help, so don't beat yourself up about it when you meet the right girl she will not mind.
