Just for curiosities sake, and please answer honestly...which of these three types of women would you think most of staying with and marrying and why?
A) A "trophy wife"-she's gorgeous, probably tall and in great shape, maybe not brilliant but not cartoon bimbo stupid either, a little self centered but hey she's great to have in bed right?
B) A pretty woman...she has a pretty face, not perfect, maybe a little too curvy sometimes, maybe not, but anyway not a supermodel...very sweet, smart and creative but not brilliant either, doesn't always make the best choices in life but nobody's perfect right? At least she's fun and warmhearted...
C) A totally average looking woman, not pretty really but alright, who is very accomplished, great education, good job...responsible, smart, and very well adjusted. You know she'd be a perfect "partner" and a great mom...
This is leaving aside of course common interests, religion, etc etc....assume those are all ok.

None of the above. I married a friend. 13 years of marriage, good times, bad times, joy, sadness, warmth, cold, rolling in money and flat broke, in each other's arms and at each other's throats, it's only friendship that's kept us together. Passion cools, good looks give way to pot bellies, receding hairlines, varicose veins and thicker glasses. Friendship, however, lasts forever. Don't try to be perfect, just be you. You don't have to be pretty. Real beauty's not what you are, but what you do. Wanna be a good wife or husband? Be patient, compromise, say your sorry and mean it, accept apologies quickly and graciously and try not to say 'I told you so', be yourself, and most importantly: keep growing. Learn new things, try new things, do new things on your own so you can have something to talk about at dinner time. Don't be afraid to be your own person and do your own thing.

a trophy wife is nice to fantasize about and lots of guys like Donald Trump go for that stuff. but really, a trophy wife is not the kind who will stick by you thick and thin; they're around when the weather is nice and have a tendency to desert when a better offer comes along if the relationship is not based in real feelings. Personally I would never be with a woman that I did not think was beautiful. A lot of women are insecure about their beauty but the reality is that beautiful women are not so rare as the fachion industry would have us believe. Most women are beautiful. Sometimes it's sexy when a woman knows and understands her own beauty and how to use it, but it can also be sexy when a woman does not realize how gorgeous she is. Obviously the woman who is well adjusted and would make a great partner and mom would be the best choice assuming that I actually would be attracted to her and she just doesn't know she's beautiful, but sometimes 'successful' women can get a little bit picky with who they choose because they want to be with because the success becomes so important to them. I personally know a number of women who have concentrated on success and been overselective and have drifted right through their best child-bearing years, which can be sad for some people. As far as option B goes, skinny women are nice to look at in magazines but a curvy woman with a little something soft and accommadating can make for more fun in the sack. And a smart wife can be a nice bonus but a woman doesn't really have to be very brainy to make a good mother and build a good home. There you go, that;s my opinion.

I don't think this is a fair question because all of what you mention leaving aside are never left aside. I think that physical attractiveness may make a difference initially in a relationship but what is attractive to one is not necessarily attractive to another.
Sweet, smart, creative, good mom, good education and all the above play a part but the best long term relationships are not found by picking the product off the shelf they just develop.

They all could be good but the whole goal is to find a good wife and mother. If you have a good family than you will have a good marriage, and that's what it is all about. Without a good marriage and family what is the point of even dating the other ones if you know it will not go anywhere?

A) A "trophy wife" - Are usually tough to please and are high maintenance.
B) A pretty woman & C) A totally average looking woman - These girls are okay in my book but it all comes down to true compatiblity in the end. One thing about average women is that many but not all are prone to heavy sadness and life halting insecurity.
