Yes, you can have intercourse all the way through your pregnancy. As a matter of fact, some people use intercourse to try and induce labor in the ninth month. It's perfectly safe as long as you feel comfortable, or if your ob/gyn tells you not to for whatever reason. yeah corse they can, but only if they havnt been told not to for medical reasons. I must admit though it may feel a little uncomfortable and may hurt at wich point you should stop. I was having sex with my husband right up to the day the baby was born

My daughters doctor told her its fine up until delivery unless you have a problem with premature labor. My daughter ws 10 DAYS overdue and she was having intercourse to induce it. It didn't work, they still had to induce it.
