I find a job I love doing, but it pays crap money (£580 per month), I start playing American Football & I love it! I start getting better at it & get some quality on field time, I then develop retinal problems & get told to stop playing or it could lead to serious sight damage. I find the girl of my dreams, & she is perfect in every way, except maybe she is a little younger than me. She has a brief fling with me & then goes back to her long term boyfriend but isn't happy. Is there something I'm doing wrong in my life? I always try to do well by other people & am quite selfless. For example, although I have heavy debts & little income I'd rather spend my money on my friends than myself. I don't know if this is a question or just a venting of frustration, but somebody somewhere, seems not to like me for some reason. Whenever anything good happens to me, it's only a short period of time before something bad happens & it all disappears & crumbles around my feet. :( Any help?

i talk to this girl all the time and she always is talking about our future, but i dont know if she likes me or is just kidding. i really like her and she knows that cause i told her. also she is always wanting to hang out and stuff... and when i tell her that maybe someday, we might change, and drift away from each other, she gets emotional and tells me not to think like that.

any help would be greatly appreciated

alot of other girls like my boyfriend. i mean once this girl told my best friend that she was gonna make it to where cody and i broke up and she got him. now this girl is really ugly. he told me that he thought she was ugly. and he's even told her to leave him alone right in front of me and all of his guy friends. but she won't back off. and there r other girls that do stuff like this but sometimes it's worse.
his mom lives with a friend cuz his rents r divorced her friend has two kids. 1 of them being a 15 yr old. gurl. she bit cody's ear. i was so pissed off when i found out. and if she finds out i'm coming over she gets really mad at everyone espicially cody.

I've known this girl since I was around 4 years old. I started having feelings for her about three years ago, but we are very close friends. She started saying Hi to me in the halls and I would say Hi back. She would sit next to me whenever she got the chance. One of my best friends told me that he heard my boyfriend bragging that he went with this girl on his block and that i would never know. He also said that my boyfriend said that he wasnt with her anymore. I talked to my sister and she said maybe my friend was saying that so i would beak up with him and i would be available. ok 8 year relationship 3 kids on and off alot of problems and did hurt each other but never cheated on each other. but always friends and still click when we talk but i dont know what she thinks, she left me 4 month ago as it did get to bad, i went through all the stages depression ect we got all the issues out now and the anger from both us is over and we both accept a form of responsibilitie, anyways we have went from not talking to getting along great but she says just as friends. now the other night she said to me when talking about getting back together -
"i dont want no one else"
"i just dont want a relationship right now"
"if i did you would be a prioritie and top of the list"
"also i am not making no promises"
question looking at the situation what do you think?
bear in mind she speaks to me at her house but not on msn or anything like that and wont go anywere with me or the kids.
am i been a fool to keep hanging on and just give her time?i love her so much,and will wait

I fell in love with her , she told me that she was over with her ex because he didnt want committment . Two days before I ask her to be an item , I catch her in his place , She stay for 2 hrs and went I confronted her , she says I havent done anything wrong , We were just talking . I catch her several other times going back and told her that I dont even want to be her friend . She keep incisting and she has use her family and other excuses to cover the time she goes to his place . She always goes the same days and for the same amount of time .
