She broke up with him a couple of times and she always runs back to him and I'm afrain she'll do it again. And I don't know what I should do about her ex. I live in Id and they live in WI so I can't relly do anything.....I'm just really upset and I'm nervous and pissed and everything all at one time.... advice?? or something to make me feel better....

Well, this is a complex issue because she's VERY attracted to the guy. This is why she keeps running back. She's so attracted to him she can't help herself. I'm willing to bet that she came from an abused home where her father beat her, or intitiated some kind of other trauma. The best thing you can do for her is talk to her and get her to seek help. She really needs a therapist.

some women are so low on self esteme they feel they need to be with a guy its really sad but I see it all the time.. in fact the more you tell her to leave him, sadly it will make her go back to him.. too bad you didnt live closer so she could have a friend to do things with and wouldnt feel she needs a guy so bad... what would really help you feel better is to spay your cat.. even if you find homes for your kittens it means somebody else didnt... PLUS spayed cats have fewer health risks... good luck with your friend

I used to live in Oshkosh, and had a similiar experience. The only thing you can do is ask her to come and visit to clear her head, or else go back thee and be supportive. Her choices arent yours, but you can voice your opinion, as a friend.
