It greatly depends on why u split up in the first place-- I don't know what happened but if she had feelings for you surely she would have made some sort of an effort to contact you-- or perhaps she was waiting on you to make the move.. like i say without knowing the facts its hard to say..
Maybe write her a note telling her that you are keen to get in touch. If she has no intention of replying- you will know for sure that she has no feelings for you and is happy move on - think you should if t turns out all to be in vain

Why did you break up with her in the begining? There was something there that you didnt like why go back to her have you change your mind because she has someone and you dont? If thats the cast leave her alone and go your own way.

i think that you are jelous that she has moved on and found someone else.if you are positive that she still loves you then talk to her.tell her your feelings and wait for her answer. she might not be in the same place you are in. she might have moved on with this other guy.if she says that she thinks of you as a friend then move on. dont bother her anymore.

Its so short and simple.
call her And let her know , if she truely is meant for you definately she'll come back and if not then....
You might say she still loves you but have this in mind, she might love you but not meant to be with you.....
