My ex-wife will say or do whatever provided it get her what she wants. She will either omit key information or spin information in such a way as to make it appear that she is not lying. Also, she holds me to a higher standard then she holds herself. And she tries to get me to commit to things but she refuses to commit to anything unless it is fun. It amazes me that she can get away with it. I am not sure if she does it only to me or not but I wouldn't be surprised if she did. Yet, she donates clothes to charity, she spends time with her mother and grand parents and she is a pretty good mother (even though she favors our son over our daughter). In short, I question her integrity. I know she is my Ex but I still need to deal with her until the kids are 18-years old. So it is troubling to me.

My best best friend (sometimes friend with benefits, yes) but the most special person in my life, well she had a turning point here recently and left Church and started drinking again and smokin dope again and a little partying wasn't so bad but she doesn't have a lot of money but every thur thru sat nite she is at the Bar buying two to four beers plus maybe a shot. Sometimes she will drive right afterwards too... but I feel like she is goin way to far down the dark path. You can't tell her anything and she won't listen to me at if I try to see what's up she is 22 but it's like she's 16 again rebellious and hard headed, she also has changed things with us so what is up what you think?

I have been friends with a girl ever since grade school. Now we in college and have gotten even closer with being friends the past two years. I would do anything for her and she would do anything for her. I love her but she only sees me as a friend. How do I go about this and accept the fact that we can only be friends. I even had one guy tell me that if I didn't look the way I did NO one will talk to me..it hurt so much and all these other guys just approach me because of how I look...I was with this one guy who treated me great but after the break up I blamed myself, I still do because I feel used like he didn't really like me for me just for my looks..He still stares at me, which is probably because of my looks again. Why can't I ever get myself to go out and try to meet people? Every time i try, I get sick and can't breath. The anxiety hits me so hard I can barely move. How can I get over this? I don't know what to do. If anybody has any help or suggestions, please tell me. I want to be able to meet somebody and go on dates, but every single time I try, I chicken out. I've always been very shy but never this bad. I don't find myself attractive really at all, at least not in a first impression type of way. I'm not good looking and I don't really have a whole lot to talk about that the average person would find interesting. But im a nice guy and Im honest and caring. But I'm always so scared that because I'm not good looking and inittialy im kinda boring that nobody will want to speak to me. Please if anybody could help me I would appreciate it.

My sister in law has always been jealous and competitive with me, she hurts me all the time and says obvious mean things just to hurt me, she talks about me to her fiance even though he doesnt even know me he has a bad opinion of me and I have never done anything to her. She has always used her children to her advantage because her daughter is the obvious favorite of my mother in law and she rubs it in my face. She makes little comments about being better then me at everything. She tries to personify herself as the perfect mother, and looks down on everything I say or do... She even goes as far as to say that my child is the mean one to people when they are visiting with us... how can I take her down a peg or two and get rid of that holier then thou attitude of hers? Any suggestions? I dont understand why she treats me so badly because im not a mean human being and I have never done anything to directly hurt her feelings or hurt her in any way. I dont know how to handle this any help?

I am deeply devestated by this...she actually handed a family member an invitation in front of me...I did not receive a verbal or written invitation. "Julie" has always been my favorite niece and I her favorite Aunt, besides the last three years we have always had a special bond...The entire family dynamics has taken a turn for the worst in the last three years and some how I have been blamed and accused for some of the problems that have been going on...I have been the only stable one in our famliy and have never been involved in the family's cruel ways... "Julie's" father (my brother--we have a mutual destain for eachother) has a magnetic influence on "Julie" and is cruel, verbally abusive, manipulative and intimidating. As a result of my brother's influence "Julie" and I no longer have a functioning relationship.
I do not know if I should attend my nieces graduation, after being snubbed and risk the possibility of having my brother go off on me.

Statistics show this to be fact but so many women in this world rely on love of 1 person as the only answer.....why on earth would you make it hard for yourself when the numbers show that 50% of the worlds female population is going to end up alone if you dont start spreading the "wealth". If you dont believe this to be true then look it up. Then come back to this with a decent answer.
