my parents are seriously over protective. i'll be out at the movies till 9 30 which is pretty early and they'll be freaking out 'cause they think i'll be in danger. the thing is, im almost 17 and its getting pretty ridiculous that i cant even stay out after 9 30.
we moved here about 10 years ago from a country that wasnt too safe and it seems like they think we're still living there.
how do i get it across to them that they're worrying too much and get them to let me stay out later?

Its our 3 year anniversary, and my gift to her is a calender. like the ones that have a joke for every different day. but mine is a calender to count down to our wedding day, and thats 311 days from the 22nd. and i want her to wake up every morning and read one. im about half way done but im running out of ideas.

I'm quite quirky when it comes to traditional romance. I'd like to give my guy flowers, but I'm not sure if it would be socially acceptable or if it would be seen as a little weird. Also, I wouldn't know what to pick- obviously nothing that looks or smells girly. Any suggestions?

i like this guy and he likes me, but we're both 13 and his parents say he can't date till he's 16, should i wait around...or just move on with my life??? i don't see this guy every day, i just met him about a month ago through soccer and one day i told him i liked him because he goes to a different school so i thought i'd never have to see him again, but now i have summer gym with him---though it'll only last for another 2 weeks...since i won't see him again after summer gym should i just move on once it's over??? i kinda' want to, but i'm afraid that if i do, then i'll just happen to see him and what if i have a boyfriend at the time??? what will he think of me then??? to sum it up...should i still wait around for a guy i won't see again, or do we keep in touch still but tell him i'm moving on, or do we even still secretly go out {which won't happen because he's a goody-goody}???

I believe I am in love with my ex and that we will get back together one day. He is in a relationship and it's been awhile BUT I don't get JEALOUS at all when I see them together.He always stares at me.Do I have to get UPSET or Jealous when I see them together,because I don't, and I love him!?Its been 1 year since I last spoke to him,NO contact.I don't know what to do.Although I know I want to wait-I am not sure why but something tells me that our time will come..Is that weird?

Ok, so my ex and I broke up about a month ago. Things weren't working anymore, we weren't happy, with ourselves or each other, and it came to an end. We dont really speak much anymore, though things are amicable. I started surrounding myself wtih friends, old people from high school that I had lost touch with, so on and so forth, and just having a good time. I'm pretty much over my ex, I'll never be completely over him, because you never forget your first love. I have come to the point where I know that I wont ever be with him again, because I'm happy now. I wasnt before. So, I met this guy through a friend. He's so sweet, I feel extremely comfortable with him, and I can talk to him like I havent been able to talk to anyone in a long time. He asked me out on a date, and I accepted, and I had a wonderful time. He asked me out again tongiht, and I'm going. here's the problem. i feel a little guilty, because it's only been a month since my last and longest relationship ended... should i?

My uncle opened a Gourmet Ice Cream & Coffee Shop back in december. Since then He is very controlling. He wants everyone to be as productive as him. what he dosen't understand, no one is going to be like him. He is a work ahollic maniac. What ever you do is not good enough. Other employees are starting to complain about him to the other owner. One of the employees left here in tears today. Anyway... I'm the Ice cream Maker, when I work with the other owner, he leaves me alone, I get in a zone. When I work with my uncle, I can't get in a zone because he is on my back, hounding me to be more productive, and mix a batch together, while I'm doing my IC dishes, while I'm labeling the IC Pans, all before the ice cream finishes freezing. What pisses him off so much that I have my own system, my own process for making IC. So he tries to control me. Finally I decided, I'm not going to let him do that to me anymore. He told me I had a problem. Bottom line...Is it me? Or is it him? Its up to you.
