Why is it when guys sleep wit several girls they're known as pimps/playas and when a girl sleeps wit several guys she's called a s***/whore?

Girls are the ones that make babies, god says girl has to stay in commitment. A long time ago in the bible a lot of guys had like 10 wives, but girls were only allowed to have one.
