hmmmm...restraining order huh? why does he have a restraining order? as for keeping him away from his kid......she has no authority to do that. If he really cares, he can go to court for visitation. that's easy enough to do with forms available online. Which he should start the process for now before the baby is born anyway. don't forget the paternity test! And this isn't your decision to make. It's his. You can hold his hand, but you can't decide.

First you need to find out if this kid is his. Next he has a right to his kid, so he can fight it out in a court to get mandatory visitation, or custody rights. you also need to find out what the restraining order was for.

I wouldn't give up untill you have a dna test done then and only then would i consider leaving to do what was best for him so he can see his child if it turns out to be his.. and why the restaing order... usually they are given when someone is violent maybe you would be better off to steer clear of him...

There is nothing but trouble ahead if you stay with this guy. Find another BF and always use protection. You don't want to have a kid until you finish growing up.

Think about how you'd like to see your mom and dad.
Would you want to learn that when they learned you were coming into the world they worked to settle their problems and got together to be a family for you?
Think about that. What's fair and best for the child?

give him some space to figure this out, this is a big one. You may want to go you own way for a while.
