(Yes, that includes 20 years and up ....)

Have you outgrown the habit, or has it just progressed to framed "artwork"?

A year ago, I found a Joy Division wall poster, which literally took up an entire wall; it was B&W and it matched my living room color scheme ... I find that I can't decorate a place without at least having some rock paraphernalia to "edge" the place up a bit

Who doesn't love cowbells? (I've personally recently caught cowbell fever)

Well, what's your favorite song with cowbells in it?

.
You love the song, but you don't like the band that much (or at all)?

I'm personally drawing a blank so far...... guess you have to think harder than me, don't you? hehe

What are some of your memories of listening to the first rock and roll songs? Did you think, at the time, that the music woud last as long as it has (over 50 years)? Who were some of your favorite singers or groups?

I was a young child in the 50's, so I don't remember much about that decade. However, I love 50's music especially doo wop and r&b, also, Elvis, and Buddy Holly.

I was watching VH1's 40 top soft rock songs, and Although I don't think it made the list, I think there was a bit where they showed other songs, and that is the one that sticks in my mind. It was towards the end of the show. I have no lyrics as I am not sure there was any, the only thing I remember is that it had a trumpet, and it might have been a theme song for a show or a movie.

I need to find some alternative bands that have good, meaningful lyrics with no swear words or anything like that, but yet still be alternative. I like bands such as Good Charlotte, Chiodos, My Chemical Romance, and Envy On The Coast for their music (guitar solos, sound of vocals, beat, etc.)
But I like Jonas Brothers because they have good lyrics.

So, I need a band that has an MCR sound with Jonas Brothers type lyrics. HELP ME!!!!!

Mine is Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine, you would think that they would play Another brick In the Wall Part 2 or Time, but nope, I hear Welcome to the Machine at least twice a day and I don't even listen to that much radio.

Yours?
