My Generation by The Who, without it, we may not have punk.
Astronomy Domine-Pink Floyd, the first real space rock song, and also arguably the first song to show real traces of progressive rock.

"I'm Waiting for The Man" has been covered by a bunch of punk bands and even David Bowie and is generally loved.
And how about "No Fun" by the Stooges. It's been covered enough and has some obvious influence on punk and such.
Although "Blitzkrieg Bop" or "Anarchy In The U.K." could be said to have had some of the hugest influence on that generation of young musicians.
