I was watching an interview with Paul McCartney today on tv, and he said that Rubber Soul was his favourite Beatles era because of all the experimentation and changes that were happening with the Beatles at the time. So whats YOUR favourite Beatles era?

I've always liked the Help!~Rubber Soul~Revolver era. Those albums are when The Beatles began to steer away from the 2-minute Carl Perkins covers and experiment with their own talent and ideas. Those albums are the some of the most revolutionary of all time.

I liked the Abbey Road era. The Beatles probably didn't, but I think it's amazing how the album was so good even when they were on the verge of breaking up.

Mine probably would be the later era, towards Abbey Road and Let It Be. George Harrison's my favorite Beatle and that's when he really had more of a presence in the songs.

BQ: "right here, There and everywhere", "getting greater advantageous" and "Penny Lane" BQ2: "i'm The Walrus", "i'm in common terms sound asleep" and "an afternoon interior the existence" BQ3: "Strawberry Fields invariably", "Yellow Submarine" and "With a sprint help From My friends" BQ4: "whilst My Guitar gently Weeps", "something" and "interior of You without You"
