I need to find some alternative bands that have good, meaningful lyrics with no swear words or anything like that, but yet still be alternative. I like bands such as Good Charlotte, Chiodos, My Chemical Romance, and Envy On The Coast for their music (guitar solos, sound of vocals, beat, etc.)
But I like Jonas Brothers because they have good lyrics.

So, I need a band that has an MCR sound with Jonas Brothers type lyrics. HELP ME!!!!!

Listen to In Utero by Nirvana. Kurt Cobain is a really good lyricist and he almost never uses swear words. Also try the Violent Femmes because they have interesting lyrics that deal with alot of interesting themes like troubled relationships and lonelieness.

Do yourself a favour and listen to music that actually means something. The best lyrics I've ever heard are by a band called mewithoutYou.

"We're like peacocks wandering the walkways of the zoo,
we have twice the autonomy the giraffes and the tigers do,
saying 'no one can stop me, no one can stop me,
no one clips my claws
everyone watch me, everyone watch me,
scale these outside walls"

"We're like children dressing in our parents' clothes,
saying 'nobody knows me, nobody knows me
nobody knows my name"

Those lyrics are from a song called A Glass Can Only Spill What It Contains.

It's really hard to define mewithoutYou's sound. It's kind of post-hardcore. It's kind of softer. It's got a country influence, and all kinds of instruments, including an accordion. Their music is amazing.

Mando Dio has great lyrics. Also try the Dandy Warhols and John Mayor has good lyrics, without sounding too raw.

I'm not sure but that "Nosfer" is not a person, it's a bot. I know because it's given the same exact answer 18 times, including my question. Just thought I'd let you know!

Actually..you might like Fall Out Boy..?

Definitely Evanescence, Paramore, Flyleaf. I have some song recommendations, if you ask me.

Seether is good too, so is The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. I'm sure you already have stuff by them though.
