I just can't decide. The former is a song by an amazing band, but not one of their best songs, somewhat repetative and shallow, and annoying after a while. The latter is the best song by an average band, in terms of talent. I can't decide which is better. I can't say I'm crazy about either of them.

For me, it's between: Rock 'N Me and Jet Airliner.

Mine are
Contraband - Velvet Revolver
Bloody Kisses - Type O Negative
The Sky is Crying - Stevie Ray Vaughan
[Yes i'm aware they are all old albums, but they are recent purchases.]

I recieved them in the post a few days ago.

I put off buying Contraband for all this time, because i was terrified that it'd disappoint me, and not live up to GN'R standards.
I regret putting it off for so long, the album is great.
There's something about Scott Weiland's voice that i dislike, but i'm slowly coming 'round to it.

Bloody Kisses... hmm.
I don't know what my opinions on it are at the moment. It didn't blow me away first time around. [apart from Christian Woman and Black No.1]

The Sky is Crying - an excellent blues album, i love every song. SRV was an extremely talented guitarist.

The equations made between them and the Beatles always end up saying the Beatles had more diversity when that simply is not the case. It is very much the opposite. The Rain Song is a perfect eye-opener for nay-sayers. And many more.
Basically, why is Zeppelin put forth as an all heavy band of screaming monkeys while the Beatles are said to be the sensitive ones with real talent in songwriting as songs like "Down by The Seaside" get thrown out the window?

I think she /was/.
I really enjoy her music from when she was in Hole.
I don't know what it was about her in her early years wth Hole, but i like it.

I'm not so fond of her solo work however.
It's not great at all.

i'm trying to get more and more into non-mainstream music. don't get me wrong, i love mainstream such as korn, disturbed, metallica, ozzy, breaking benjamin, velvet revolver, three days grace, papa roach, etc. but i just need something new. so far, i've discovered eighteen visions, black light burns, city sleeps, bed light for blue eyes, and the exies and i love them all. i'd really prefer if you list ROCK bands and give me a couple good songs i can get started off with from them. i'm not really into screamo, so please don't list that stuff. i'm also a guitar freak, so if you know a band that does alot of good guitar then list those too! well thanks =]
