The song had a rock/folk style to it. I believe the first line was something like "the streets run dry beneath my beloved" and at one point the lyrics are "i could be strong, i could be brave, but oh my love not today" The chorus was
"but its a long long way, a long long way from home." For some reason I think i remember that the name of the song, or the group, or the album, or the subject matter was Ireland but i could be wrong. Please help me find the artist and title of the song and hopefully the album.

Ok, I went to hot topic school clothes shopping. I found a Guns N Roses shirt, but Slash had a cigarette and the school won't allow it, then I found another one, but this one had guns on it, but its GNR what can you say, the Guns weren't really shooting anything it said Gusn N Roses then had two guns with Roses wrapped around them, I was just wondering if anybody else thinks its stupid? Serious answers please.


The way I look at it, its GNR, their shirts are gonna have guns and Slash ALWAYS has a cigarette hanging out. Stupid or Not?

Are there any composers that you would like to see receive more recognition? Perhaps you would like to see them become part of the standard concert repertoire? For me, I would have to put Charles Valentin Alkan, and Scarlatti at the top of my list of composers who don't get the recognition they deserve.

I doubt he is right. We will always listen to and perform traditional music. And we will always be making music in traditional forms and styles. However, we may one day make this music (in older styles) entirely electronically. That is, we may not use conventional instruments anymore. All the sounds we need can be produced electronically, and you will never know the difference.

How come most rappers and almost everybody who listens to rap, all they care about is songs about flossin, money, rides, hoes, bling, rims, and all that bullsh*t? Makes me sick. Rap use to mean something.
