Why can't they pronounce "R" in the middle of words, but they add them to the end of words? Especially words that end with A.

In I believe the 4th or 5th movie, Michael Meyers has a niece Jamie. ( who is told that her parents are dead) When Dr. Loomis and the policeman go to her house and find the dead dog in the closet, there is a shoebox with photos laying on the floor. It shows a picture of Jamie Lee Curtis ( Laurie Strode) with this little girl.
At the end of this movie the little girl, Jamie, stabs her aunt and is standing at the top of the stairs in a clown outfit with a bloody knife. In Halloween H2o , Laurie Stroud, now with a name change, says she faked her death, she now has an older son. Nothing is ever mentioned about the girl Jamie? Has she been mentioned in the other movies. Has anyone heard of new Halloween movies, with this little girl taking the place of Michael Myers and going after the mother and step brother?
