One October we were driving from Vancouver to Calgary and decided to stop for the night in Revelstoke BC at a just opened resort hotel. When we got to our room, it had a beautiful balcony so I went outside to check it out. I turned on the light and the entire underside of the balcony roof was covered with these super ugly stink bugs (Western Conifer Seed Bug). It seems they like to come indoors when the night time temperature starts to drop. We found several in room within about an hour. Decided to check out and haven't been back since.
