I tried to once, but the woman's husband got very upset that I did it, instead of him. "Was she a multiple sneezer?"

Actually I usually just say Bless. I guess I feel everyone knows the formality so its my kind of short handed courtesy. Its silly how long we hold on to these superstitious traditions when you think about it though- I mean doesn't this all stem from the Black Plague and if you sneezed everyone knew you were a goner so they said as a prayer for God to have mercy on you?

Yes I do say Bless You when I hear someone sneeze. I say it just about every-time I hear someone sneeze. I just sneezed right now. :)

Actually, it's now a habit for me to say "Bless me" instead since I don't want to catch what they have... plus, it's hilarious to me that most people don't catch it and say "Thank You" regardless.
