Tests are 40 %; Quizzes are 30%; Homework is 10%; and Critical thinking is 20% of the total grade. A student receives an 88, a 75, a 70, and an 87 for a test average of 80%. Along with the following quiz grades: 100, 90, 80, 74, 80, and a 68 for an average of 82% for quizzes. The homework percentage is 100% and there aren't any critical thinking problems yet. If the grade right now is an 83.3% how can the grade become at least a 90%? Also if 100% is added to the 20% category, how much will this raise the grade?

I would like to finally start college but it will have to be online, I'm a very busy stay at home wife/mother so my biggest concerns are...

1. Do you really go at your own pace?

2. Must you take several classes at a time, or can you opt for only 1 or 2?

3. Do you have to pay for the classes once enrolled, or after you complete the class? Do they charge by the lesson or by the credit?

Many thanks in advance!

Why are there so many people who use incorrect grammar and do not know how to spell?
It's very rare that I see people use even these (simple) words properly:
to, too
your, you're
they're, their, there

and it seems no one ever spells definitely right- it's always definately

Those are just a few of the many things that I always notice. It seems no one cares if they appear uneducated, or maybe it's just because of that reason? Even so, with the internet now (if you are on Y!A, you obviously have access to it) and things like spellcheck, you can look up anything you need to. If you weren't fortunate enough as some to receive a good education, you have the opportunity to expand your knowledge that way.

Not that everyone should be able to write perfectly all the time, but I am referring to the horrendous spelling and grammar I witness way too often.

Do these people not even realize their errors, or do they just not care?

I need an internship in either the federal, state (maryland) or local government, but I'm not sure how to get one. Should I just call different agencies to see if they are accepting internships and then send my resume? (preferably state internship). Are there any search engines? Thanks

Got any ideas that yahoo can do to make their stock soar? What would you do if you owned Yahoo? Think of new ideas that Google hasn't.

Yahoo already asks for MONEY for the personals, for the In webphone and the webphone to landlines and cell phones. They charge for more gigs, they don't even give freebies except for messenger. They charge for radio, and even to have your damn mail funneled to your outlook express on your hard drive.

I WOULD SAY THEIR STOCK SUCKS BECAUSE OF KARMA.

I think perhaps they thought they would get ahead by CHARGING for everything, but look at them and look at Google. If that strategy worked, they would be ahead of the game, and they aren't!!!

It is irritating to be constantly charged for everything, its like nitpicking, and where has it got them anyway.

What would you do to change it all around? Any company can revive.. its been done enough.

M.B.B.S. is the bachelor's degree given for Medical graduates in my country. I'd like to know what it exactly stands for.
I know that it means, Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery...
but what is the elaborated form? I think it is in Latin.

Doctors, medicos out there, anybody? Thank you in advance.
