4. You desire to nest - to create your own home environment.
5. Parents are driving you crazy.
6. You owe it to your parents to let them enjoy life without their grown child in the house.
7. Parents might want to downsize to smaller house now that kids are grown.
8. Parents might have other uses for your room and are just waiting for you to vacate it.
9. Can't really conduct an adult romantic relationship while you live at your parents house.

Because once you become an adult and have finished your schooling, you move forward with adult responsibilities, and that includes moving away from Mommy and Daddy. Or should!
