I need 4 lessons on people who care for our health. We've looked at dentists already and I plan to finish by stressing their own responsibilty for health. How to make this more interetstin ? I feel its dragging.

there are three systems to register cars in a city.the lisence plates are awarded according to systems No.1:-ABC-123 or XYZ-890 and so on
No.2:-AB-1234 or XY-7863 and so on
No.3:-A-12345 or z-9837 and so on
but there are certain conditions. 1.only capital letters can be used
2.no number can be completely zero i.e. A- 0000
what you have to find is that under which systems the registratoin autharity will register most cars .
