Drink coffee without sugar or pure chocolate. And if that don't work than take a nap once in a while.

When I was in school, the last thing I could do with all my assignments was stay focused and move forward productively. I have read a little and spoken to those who are knowledgeable in the field of natural remedies. Not being able to maintain focus is a sign of toxins in the body and the brain, which physiologically can impede concentration, which can be frustrating and cause headaches and tiredness the next day. I discovered thru a friend a product called MegaMind by Source Naturals. Follow the instructions, be dilligent, and make sure you are not allergic to the product. This product is amazing! When concentrating I felt a direct connection of my mind and my assignments; I was listening more without my mind wandering out into space or the girl sitting in front of me. I wrote essays, compositions, editorials and all the like with words and thoughts flowing smoothly right out of my fingers. Writing became much easier because I was able to maintain my focus. No more" ...uhh OK where was I?" nonsense. Please check it out. It will cleanse your mind naturally and safely. Writing papers and homework will still may not be so enjoyable, but it will mean smoother sailing in your studies. But by all means you must first cleanse. Please look it up online or go to a natural foods store. Best wishes
