# Be regular in routines and habits, as much as possible!
# Be very confident about your ability to develop concentration, and keep that concentration for ever, in everything you do! Be very positive about it!

Concentrating on your studies isn't a quick fix sufficed by caffeine and pills for ADD at all. You need to find a quiet place to sit down with plenty of time to focus without any distractions (music, noises, TV, etc). Also, eating healthy meals is an obvious help. Lots of sleep too! If you feel like your attention is wandering after a bit of studying or work, take a five to ten minute break but no longer, and get back to your work. There's plenty of sites on the web for this. Just google it and I'm sure you'll come up with something.

lock yourself up in the library room and study there for 3 hours a day concentrating, don't do anything else, and that should be enough. The rest of the day is for you to relax, it works!

MAKE YOURSELF TENSION FREE OK IT IS UNDERSTOOD DURING EXAM WE CAN'T BUT THINK OF FEW NICE THINGS LIKE IF WE STUDY WE WILL GET GOOD MARKS WHICH WILL HELP US TO GO FURTHER WITH BETTER PROSPECTS, THRU STUDY WE COME TO KNOW THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS OF WHATEVER IS REQUIRED IN FUTURE. CONCENTRATION CAN BE INCREASED FIRST BY MAKING OUR MIND FREE OF TENSION DONATE FEW MOMENTS FROM STUDY TO WHATEVE YOU LIKE TO DO THAT MAY BE RELAX BY SLEEPING, EATING, WATCHING TELEVISION, GOING FOR A WALK, TALKING WITH A PERSON WHO MAKES YOU FEEL EASE.

aderol... its a drug for hyperactive kids .... works wonders... or you know coffee and diet pills work too.
