English Classes & Web Sites will not help that much. It is you who has to take intitative & learn. Try to watch Start World ( Friends & Houseful). Try to communicate in english as much as u can. Don't feel ashamed even if you are wrong.

Yes, but I also speak Spanish, my first language. Sadly, I speak better english than my friend, and her first language is english. I'd tell you this, it took me 5 years, approximately to learn to speak english fluently. Keep in mind that I was still in elementary school, and little kids can learn another language better than an older one.
