Many flags in our town are still at half staff. Is there a general rule of thumb on how long to fly a flag at half staff and does the length of time vary depending on who the deceased is? For example, a president versus the disaster of 9/11?

Hello from Liverpool, England

I am currently watching 'clueless' and I have heard the word 'tardi' for the first time.

Is this a made up word for the film, or is it something to do with american schools?

I think I need a translation dictionary for this film, it seems to be in a different language1!!!

An Oxymoron is a self-contradicting term or a paradox, usually only two words, sometimes a bit more. For example- "military Intelligence". I'm making a list of the great ones.... What's your favorite?
