i have heard that many people tried to know the taste of this poison by tasting it .they kept paper- pen in thier hands with the intention of writing the taste of this deadly poison. and as they put this chemical in their mouths, they died even before writing a single letter.thus the taste of potassium cynide remains a mystery till date. is it true?

Most of my studying requires deep concentration while READING. Taking in every word. I find it hard to do this sometimes. Not because I'm tired of reading, but because I think about HOW to concentrate when I'm supposed to be understanding the information... You know what I mean? I read, but in my mind I am asking myself 'Am i concentrating'..?..

I dont know if anyone else has experienced this. I just would like to be more skilled when it comes to reading, and to train myself to be able to handle LARGE pieces of text without losing concentration.

He will be 16 at the time. He wants to participate in a short-tern (4 weeks) exchange with another teen in Mexico or Spain. He speaks excellent Spanish. But I'm afraid! Should I let him go? he's my only child!

hi. i need some input on which course has a better outlook, electrical n electronic engineering (EE) or mechanical engineering. after much researching, i think mechanical is more physical, dealing with motors n machines whereas i think EE is more...mathematical?? the mech course module scares me bcos of the amount of lab work and the physical principles. i reckon i am more of a mathematical person. but the counselor assures me that Mech has a lot of design components n the idea of car design is cool ( i like design). help, im lost and i need to make a decision REALLY SOON...can someone in these industries or know them well give me some advice? plus im a girl, and i heard a lot of people say both the engineering majors r biased to the ladies. what do u think? my guypal currently in EE even mocked me for even considering to do engineering LOL
