they are "gulls" , the sea part is just a common name use to describe all "gulls".

Seagulls LOVE any,I mean ANY types of food,and at malls they have food courts.Some people don't eat all of their food,so they think its okay to litter so they eat their left-over-throw-outs.In grocery stores people might eat in the car after they buy it,and do the same thing that people do at the mall.

Seagulls will eat almost anything. There's plenty of food around from the food court, garbage bins, and dumpsters.
