This semester chemistry was a challenge for me, I took all the necessary steps to recieve help throughout the semester. I invested many many hours. I got perfect scores on all quizes and other graded components of the course. I ended up getting a C- and I need a C in all my chemistry in order to count for my major or i have to retake it.I took a crash course for the final exam, which took up all of my time and prevented me from studying for my other 4 finals. I learned..but it was late hours and I did not get sleep. Anyhow, the night before my chem final the course was extended until 5am and i had been there since 8pm. During the exam I was soo out of it, I walked out knowing I did not do well, and I knew the information, but my brain was just like delayed. I e-mailed my professor not right after i recieved my grade but recently in time for this new semester.I told him i wanted to set an appt.to speak about my grade..what should Is say..I'm willing to do extra credit,good idea??

i find it hard to concentrate on my work! i used to be really good, i could sit down with my coursework or homework and just do it. now though i always get distracted. or when i'm in college i always get dustracted and never concentrate in lessons. i used to be the perfect student! what can i do to make myself concentrate more? help me!!
