After high school, I went to a community college and got my associates degree. At that time, I wasn't sure what career I wanted to get into so I decided to just work for a little while until I could figure it out...well, I'm now 24 and really wanting to go back to college but I am still not sure what career field to get into! I'm pretty smart so I can do anything I want but I just don't know what will make me happy! any suggestions? Are there any sites that offer tests/quizes on what type of career fits your personality, interests and such?

I have finished CA. then i was in service for 8 yrs. But I stay in a place where there is not much scope for emloyment. I don't want to practice. So i have decided to do Phd and enter teaching, which i have already started, and i find my self doing quite well. is my decision correct? I cant move out to a big city due to some personal reasons.

I have an academic stop in my records, code is AA-Academic Advisemen Stopt. Is it bad or what does it mean for my? Why did they do it?
I am a student in college. It is my second semester there. I didn't have any problems before and absences during this fall 2006 .Unfortunately,it's my first an academic stop in my records. I don't understand what it means for me and my records. It's something new and weird. What could be it and how can i resolve this issue? By the way, i have been living in the US for 9 months and don't know American system of education very well. Please help me.

My stepson is a Freshman and we've tried everything to get him more motivated to do well in high school --- even to the low asperation of just completing and turning in all his homework on time. It's been a huge, long and exhausting battle, and this is just his first year of high school. He wants to go into the military, but we'd like him to go to college and get a higher position -- we tell him this every day that we have him, but it's just not getting through. Or maybe it's getting through, but he just doesn't care -- or it seems like too much work to do in order to get what he wants. We've also talked 1985 Nissan Sentra versus latest model VW Jetta..... that isn't working either.... Any advice?????
