Google is a wonderful idea. I would also have business cards printed with your certification or experience listed and the website. There are many adults that would be interested. When you meet people then pass out your card. Of course this would just be local, but could be a start.

Mail your cards to friends that live in other cities/states.

Would you tutor high school students online? Put that on the card too! Take your card (a few of them) to the guidance counselors at local high schools.

Do you have a web page that explains how people will learn? What is your curriculum? Will they speak? Will there be listening? If you do not have that, then perhaps make a flyer explaining it for when people inquire. Or make a web page and print it and keep it handy.
