I want to learn Hakka, which is quite a rare dialect of Chinese. I would like to know of any books or tutors that I can learn from.
Also if I am unable to obtain any teaching material, what would be the nearest equivalent, Mandarin or Cantonese.

I was the valedictorian of my previous school... for some reason, my mom decided to transfer me to a brand new school. And when I got into this brand new school, i bumped into their valedictorian who was just so arrogant.. when he realized that i was the valedictorian of my previous school and i got higher grades then him in world history and english, he started cheating, cheating on other classmates, books/notes, everything else, even ME! So I got pissed off after a few weeks, I just exploded,i saw him changing his answers when we were checking so that he'd get a perfect score and stump me . I was like: "Sir, is this recorded???" My techer replied " no, why?' I turned to my classmate and said "I saw some of our classmates changing their answers so I thought it might be recorded" And this valedictorian guy turned to me acting guilty and everything he was like" that's what you call taking notes"So, bad shot for me because of stupid luck, it wasn't graded, but the others were graded.

ok so i got this letter in the mail that says i have been choosen to be a stdent ambassador.i will get to go to england,wales,and ireland.no i am not the smartest person in my class so dont ask. i dont know who nomiated me. but give me your oppion do u think i should go???? I went to my first day of high school today (in canada it's grade 10) and it's a school none of my friends went too. I don't know anyone there and I feel like such a loner. I know it's gonna get better but should I just transfer to a school with all my friends? But the reason that I'm going to the school I'm going to is because technically it's a better school but I miss my friends and hate being a loner.
