He took 4 yrs of building and trades at his high school. They build 1 house every year and he liked it. I guess I am concerned about his ability to make a living at this. He thinks he knows it all now, but I am sure has a lot to learn. His high school building and trades instructor wanted him to do this too. He is very hard headed and I want him to be successful. Should I keep paying tuition for this and encourage it? He was terrible at books and didnt like sitting in a class room. Hopefully we will get thru this. I am a single mom and not really sure what to say to him. His dad is out of the picture since he was 3 yo.

Whats a good career to get an education for, that makes good money? Im going to community college in detroit, and so far I cant make up my mind on where to go, Im thinking about Graphic Design or Desktop publishing, but whats offering the most jobs right now that I can go to school for and make good money?

My daughter has a day each year when the parents can go in for a day, and sit in the back and listen and watch. Well all was well until we reached math class. He told the kids they were learning something new today then I realized he had it on the board all ready, so he said "Well, get started." And he didn't even teach it to them so all of the answers were wrong and he would yell at the kids. I didn't like it at all. And now i homeschool my daughter and she is doing better than ever in math.

I think my English teacher is hot, and i find myself trying way harder in English now cause i want to impress him, it's usually a positive thing i think. How about you? I'd like to hear from teachers especially but all answers are welcome.

I am trying to write a proposal letter for an essay for my writing class & I'm completely stuck...I've never done anything of the sorts and therefor I have no clue of what I'm supposed to be doing...
The paper is due tomorrow, so I was wondering if there are any (free) websites out there with samples and/or guidelines of essay proposals.

I really need this and your help is greatly appreciated...

why is it if you turn your tv up to say 15 in the day it sounds really quiet yet if you turn it to 15 in the night it sounds considerably louder lik in the night 5 is quite loud weird or what
