I'm writing a paper on how the library system works. From book acquisition, to cataloging, to borrowing & returning of books, to overdue payments, to withdrawal and transfer of books, to reservation. I really want to have an overall system flow of a library. A flow chart would be very appreciated.

And I need answers as to how not to procrastinate so much.
I'm NOT looking for "normal" answers like "reward your self" or "think about how you can do the things you like if you finish your work fist". I've tried all these things, but I just don't have enough self control.
I need an answer that's DIFFERENT, yet effective. Thanks!

What separates those who are lively, smart, and interesting from those that are dull and mediocre? I want to thrive to become someone interesting, active, intellectual, and fun just like many others. What's the secret? Is it mostly tied to our backgrounds and is it possible to change?

Last year, I did really poorly in school. This year seems pretty good, it's just that now that I have a lot of things going on after school, I feel like I'm starting to slack off and forget things, and like there's not enough time in the day. What should I do? I can't tell my mom because she'll just yell at me.

I have loved Japanese for about 5 years now. I often teach my friend online when I have the time, but still, I don't want to be a teacher!! Or at least I don't think I want to. I know there's the option of "teaching English in Japan." But guess what! I'm not GOOD at English! I don't read books and grammar makes no sense to me. So what is there? I hate the fact that I'm SOOOO soo soo sooo passionate in this area of interest, but my options for a good career are little. Am I asking too much? What else can I do besides teaching Japanese if I decide to major in it? Got any suggestions?

If my dad had never told me to be a doctor, I probably wouldn't have chose it as an option. But not because I don't think I'd like it. I've never been much of a confident person. And I often tell myself how stupid I am. I work hard in school, but my determination is often off-balance and procrastinated. That means that I always wait till the last minute and my wanders off when studying for my "college-bound" classes. I really want to college, but this doctor thing is driving me CRAZY. I have never had a real passion for medicine or curing people, but is there a chance that I might actually like it when I'm older. I really hate chemistry right now...but I enjoy biology. Maybe there is hope?

Also, I should probably mention what I'm passionate about right now. It's JAPANESE. I'm a 3rd year student of Japanese, and it's my best class ever. I've loved for about 5 years now. I don't want to go back to school and be a teacher when I'm older, but I LOVE teaching it! What could this mean?
