I'm writing a paper on how the library system works. From book acquisition, to cataloging, to borrowing & returning of books, to overdue payments, to withdrawal and transfer of books, to reservation. I really want to have an overall system flow of a library. A flow chart would be very appreciated.

well i suggest you go to your local library and ask a librarian because they (hopefull) know what they are doing. this would get you a more reliable answer than from random people on Yahoo! Answers. ^_^

Google Amazon and then go to "search books". Then type in "library management." You'll find lots of books. Can't do flow charts here, sorry. A complete system overview would take way too much space ...

I could tell you but it would take forever on here and each library works slightly differently! Why don't you go to your local library and ask someone? I'm sure that they'll only be too happy to help you!
