Help. I'm taking a computer course and there is one question about binary numbers I can' t get: Q: The binary number 11 would have a decimal equivalent of: Possible answers are: a) 2. b) 3. c) 5. d) 11. I want to say d, but is seems a little too obvious. Can someone please help????

One of the outstanding benefits of the radioisotope Cobalt-60 is the way in which their radiation can pass through the walls of a container to a suitable detector without requiring any contact with the substance being measured. This means that dangerous materials may be effectively controlled or measured without risk of leakage, either of the substance itself out from the container or of external contamination to the substance inside. Thus in the chemical industry many highly toxic materials may be measured and controlled completely without workers being affected significantly. Another important advantage in the use of this radioisotope is the method in which it is applied to measure materials does not affect, for example the flow of liquid or gas through a pipe and such flow can be completely unimpeded. Speed is another important advantage of the use of Cobalt-60. Measurements of density, level, etc may be carried out continuously so that processes may be readily controlled by the measuring signal derived from the radioisotopes system. Thus, a density gauge can control the mixing of liquids or solids so that a constant density is delivered from the machine. Additionally radioisotopes require very little maintenance and this ultimately makes the application of Cobalt-60 in industry very useful, as it saves money and time, two critical aspects in industry.

Here's the sentence:

Is the period in the end at the right place, or does it go after the quotation marks, or is it supposed to be another way? All help is appreciated.

There are many skills and experiences to be gained from volunteering that go beyond the actual job itself. Students who are shy and don’t like talking to strangers get to know what the real society is. Sometimes, they would work under the mean boss. These students would learn a lesson how to be nice. As you work with co-workers who graduate from college, they might advise you to go to a certain university in order to obtain a better job. Lastly, students make friends from the community program. Not only school is where people interact, sometimes outside of school can act as school. Students cannot easily find reliable friends even in a school. However, when you are in a group where you want to be not being forced to, you might find friends who have similar interests as you and who have same beliefs about the public. Then, you get to know your new friend’s worldview, and it often shapes you. Therefore, not only students get their volunteering hours, they also make reliable friends. :)

I've decided to tackle the topic for an essay in school, but I'm in great need of educational sources about religions (other than the obvious jehova witnesses, other religions that have issues with medicine) and of course these issues that have gotten media attention.

Okay, well, I've got some sources for a paper, but in order to claim them as sources I do have to actually use a quote from them right? I can't just put them in my works cited and claim them as a source.

Reason I ask more specifically is because my English teacher requires 6 sources, but I'm not sure I can actually find 6 sources to quote.
