James could do it all, he was such a good raconteur that seemed to never falter. Some who listened thought him literate, while others thought that assumption to be a sophistry:it just wasn't cogent. It seems any utterance from others who knew James was considered verbose. It was considered a matter of circumlocution and prattle.

I would go with an academic setting, describing how a professor acts or a series of presentations in a speech class:

As I sat hoping my own presentation would be cogent, I listened to the other students present their reports. They did so with varying degrees of sophistry. The first raconteur mad his story spellbinding. His literate utterances made the discourse very interesting. The second presenter began to prattle on and become overly verbose. Her circumlocution was boring and confusing. Her storyline faltered and I found it difficult to pay attention to her as she continuted. The third presenter ......

you get the idea.

why do you always ask for these? its against rules to do this (ask for homework answers). its not to ask for help, but to ask ppl to create them for you is. This is the second time ive seen a question from oytu like this. 3 strikes your out.

And i probably would help you, but i have kno clue what those words are! if you looked them up in a good dictionary or found similies that would proably help you to know the word better then it would be easier for you to create sentences.
