Do you listen to them or just look at them and pretend to be listening to them? Do you just daydream or something? Do you care what they are presenting?? 'Cause I have a presentation TODAY and I"m really nervous xD. I'm in grade 10...just wanna hear your thoughts~

It all depended on what the presentation was.

If the person presenting was boring, I often zoned out. If the information itself was boring, I often zoned out.

The best way to make it work for you is to be interested in your material and show it by the way you present it. If you look like you care, other are more likely to pay attention.

I always loved presentations. Even if I had a boring subject I would find a way to keep it entertaining. Go up there with confidence BE LOUD some people may zone out because frankly they cant hear you, don't be monotone, take your time dont speak to fast, just have fun with it... dont be nervous because thats boring to watch. And remember if you cant keep your classmates interested how do you expect to keep the teacher into it? Which may reflect on your grade. Good luck!
