This is a fake article ive written, how can i make it better or what can i add:

In a recent courtroom drama, accused murderer Jack Merridew was almost attacked by fellow defendant Ralph Grant following his statement in the investigation surrounding the deaths on the island. Both boys are not in custody.
A courtroom environment that had begun in silence erupted into a flurry of activity when Mr. Merridew provided details into the deaths of some of the boys which provoked an outburst by Mr. Grant. He got up from his seating screaming, “You’re such a liar!” His lawyer, Will Hayden, tried to calm him down. Mr. Grant flew out of his chair in a rage and could hardly be stopped. Running to the stand, intending to attack Mr. Merridew but being restrained by the police in time.

I have to answer this questions

"What happens to Huck and Jim at the end of the story?"
This I already have an answer for, so nevermind. It's the second part of the question I cannot get...
"Predict will will happen 5 years down the road. What is the life of each (Huck and Jim) like?"
How can I determine from the end of the book what will happen? I mean, I know Huck is going West to OK I think, but that's it, nothing else
Please help??

This is a make up news articles, please tell me how i can make it better and examples would be nice.

Three days ago in the court room Ralf Grant attacked Jack Merridew. Grant seemed to be outraged at Merridew and what he was saying, and lashed out on him. Now both of the boys are under custody.
The courtroom started out a hush. There was a murder trial going on and no one could believe what was being said. Jack was asked what had happened on the island. He started to explain how some of the boys on the island died. Suddenly Ralph gets up and screams “You’re such a liar!” His lawyer tried to calm him down. Ralph flied out of his chair in a rage and could barely be stopped. He ran up to the stand almost attacking Jack Merridew but luckily the police restrained him in time.
