Mexicans:
Column 1: 300 to 400 men led by Martín Perfecto de Cos came from the northwest corner of the Alamo.
Column 2: 380 men commanded by Colonel Francisco Duque. Column 3: 400 soldiers led by Colonel José María Romero. The Column 4: 100 cazadores (light infantry) commanded by Colonel Juan Morales.

Also, Santa Anna dispatched 350 cavalry under Brigadier General Ramírez y Sesma to patrol the surrounding countryside to keep Texians from escaping or relieving the Alamo.

Texians:
It's known that Travis was on the North wall, because he died there shortly after the first column broke through. Bowie is known to have died in his cot, since he was deathly ill at the time. After the walls were breached, surviving Texians made their way inside the Long Barracks, where the final stand occurred.

I can't find any online resources that state exactly where the other 3 columns attacked from (almost certainly from south, east, and west), nor how many Texans were stationed on each wall in the Alamo.
