I am going to college in 4 years, possibly 1 or 2, and am debating over my major. I have studied the following fields extensively and am an "expert" concerning fields such as mathematics, cosmology, astronomy, astrophysics, physics in general, nueropsychology, behavioral psychology, anthropology, medicine, business, economics, education, and some other subjects. Is there a way to major in 3 or more of these? I am also a linguist. Can I add languages to my major along with a double major in law and business, and minor in psychology, medicine, and astronomy/astrophysics/cosmology?

I'm doing a survey to see who tends to own older cars, male college students or females. Please answer truthfully, and only people who are really in college (this is for my statistics class). All i need to know is your gender and the year of your car(s). Motorcycles count to if you have one. Put down a friends information if you like, the more data the better.

Okay, i did shitty in highschool and on sats. For sat's (the new one) I got a 1500. If need be, im sure I could do better on sats for a retake. At least another couple hundred points. Right now I go to a community college. I am doing pretty well now and getting pretty much straight A's. I want to get into a 4 year school though instead.

I don't want to finish my 2 years at the community college.

Does anyone know any schools I have a chance of getting into within the U.S with a semester or 1 year transcript from my community college.

Right now I am majoring in computer information.

I'm looking for something comparable to the Nobel prize, but on a national scale instead of an international one. Pretty much anything will do.

My freshman year i went away for school, and i didn't do too hot. I was a sheltered overprotected child. I stayed home this past semester and took time to mature, get my priorities in order. So now its that time for me to decide whether i should stay home or go away. I believe that if i went back i'd succeed, but at the same time i'm afraid to make the same mistake or one just as bad even though that could happen anywhere. And it would be definitely going against what my dad wants me to do. But then I could stay home and I could suceed @ home but I feel like I'm not giving myself a fair chance to grow up and become SELF-disciplined and independent!

What are my chances for getting into a top tier business school? Right now I am an undergrad college Junior majoring in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Business, Social Sciences (cultural anthropology classes and poli sci classes), and Languages (learning French and Italian). I am an RA, and my current GPA is 3.68. This summer I really want to either study abroad or get an internship, but I have a lot of research to do about that! What do you recommend?

Are the odds against me since I'm a Liberal Studies major? Should I switch to business even though it would require me to stay here longer? Please give me your honest advice, I'd really appreciate it!
Thanks!

I am currently working on my masters in English at St. Mary's University in TX. This is not a huge school and the English masters program is fairly new. I am doing very well though (hopefully I'll graduate with at least a 3.8). With that said, can someone help me choose a PhD program for English?
I want to attend a school that has a better reputation (although I doubt I'll get into harvard, for example) so that I will have less trouble finding a job after I am done. Also, I know a lot of universities pay for school and sometimes will give you a stipend to live on as well (like Rice University in houston, TX). I like that idea quite a bit (I'm strapped for cash) and would REALLY like to attend a school like that if they have a good repuation.
Thank you!
