Currently, no top-tier colleges are offering degrees that can be completed only through distance learning.
However, many perfectly respectable state universities are doing so. These schools are REGIONALLY accredited, less expensive than those "online degrees" offered by those fly-by-night diploma mills, and course credits are universally accepted, and *transferable* from university to university.

The quality is pretty bad, but a diploma is a diploma. Just remember that "How are you?" is not written "how r u?" You'll fool everybody.
