Financial Aid

I am currently thinking about attending a private college. I was told that I would need my parents income tax to get financial aid (I am under 24). However, I do not have any contact with my parents and I would have no way of getting that information.
How can I get financial aid without their help?

I'm trying to find a student loan, but since I have no credit, I guess I need a cosigner. My parents don't live together, and my mom claims me on her taxes. Her credit isn't great, so she can't co-sign. Can my dad co-sign on a private loan?

I need help with ideas on raising money. I have no idea how. I am a poet; but I have trouble getting my work to sell and I am short on time that is needed to promote it. I have very limited time since I am in college. But I need extra funds. I can't sell my college books since they are multiple semester use books. Anybody have any ideas on getting money? Scholarships are not what I am looking for. I need this money to support myself not pay for school. Help!

i am looking to start college in janurary, take what i need before nursing school which starts in august, start nursing in august and finish next may.
