im about to start a two year college that doesnt have on campus housing, will i be able to use my student loan money to rent an independantly owned apartment off campus??

the school i am at is haveing a masive feild trip to D.C. [we are far away from there] and my parents say i need to raise the money for this trip. what are some easy ways to get paid? i dont like the babysitting idea, or the walking the neighbours dog...any suggestions?

in 1996 i received fin aid for one semester. in 2003, i attended 3 quarters on fin aid. im thinking about enrolling in program that takes 6 years. how many of these years will i be eligible for pell grants if my income is below a certain level?

He is out of federal loan funding and is currently seeking a cosigner. He's also working full-time but he has limited time in which to finish because the university is phasing out his program in January 2008! He has 4 courses to go including his dissertation. Does anyone know of a good grant he could apply for or perhaps, an organization that could help him secure the loan?

I'm having trouble trying to get money for school. I've applied for grants and have been denied. I've applied for loans, but I can't receive them because of some reason or another. I've tried FAFSA but was denied because my family supposedly "makes to much money." The thing is, my parents weren't handling money the correct way. My dad pretty much blew money,my mom can't help me. I've tried everything but I'm being denied for everything I've tried. Scholarships wan't info that will guarantee I don't receive them.

Is there anything, anything at all I can do to get money for school besides work (which I am doing but won't get the amount I need in time.) I'm told that there is so much money out there specifically for education, but no matter what I try, I can't get any of it. I really want to go to college but I'm afraid I won't be able to afford it. I'm so desperate, I'm probably not making sense, but I really want to go to college.

Any advice/suggestions will be greatly appreciated

help me please, im in the 7th grade and i had to write a report about 9/11. I did but now io have to read it to the 4th-6th and i want it to sound good because the high scho9ol im going top go to the head of it is coming to listen. so i really want to make a good impressions. Thinking about moving to Anchorage, AK for a GIS Techncian position. I would have to ditch my car and by a FWD. I currently live in So. Cal, but am not real happy here. I'm more of a tree hugger and a nature freak. But can I handle the cold and can I afford it? FYI, I'm feamle, in my mid 40's and single.
