Yes. the children of two of my friends have done this.
There are several programs that do this. You need to talk to the financial aid office at your school, They will know the details about how this works and where you can apply.
Asking about this on this chat room is not a good plan. You are going to get mis-information and scam artists! Go to the people who work with this every day. The financial aid guys, and the people in the Education Dept at your school. THey would have the facts.
