hey!!!
The best way to become pilot is through NDA where you don't need money to spent and knw scholarship.
So, try for it to fulfill dis dream otherwise you have to pay alot for ur dream.
You don't have to do any degree to become pilot if u r doing NDA b'coz NDA is one type of graduation.
And if you are doing course of flying from any institute paying alot of money den I suggest you to do some degree if u fail in dat u won't have anything in ur hand. So, do any degree which will help you to purise a job if u fail to be pilot.

No scholarships are available for training as a pilot. If the air force trains you as one, they would not relieve you till you are about 45-50. For taking up the course you don't have to be a graduate. 12Th std. is OK. but your IQ levels have to be high. You can join any flying club - of which there may be more than 25 in India and train for about 2000 hours. Alternately you can join one of the schools in USA. Cost may be upwards Rs 20 lakhs. banks may finance you up to 7.5 lakhs if you can provide collateral security in India. Best of luck.

yeah u can get scholarship but cant say anything for the degree .
