im 15 and a half and in a hard situation involving alchol/ not that im a heavy drinker or anything, but i have friends who are. i dont know if i should get druhnk with them or not. it doesnt seem bad. but for all those who have, plz tell me, do u regret drinking in highschool? why and why not

I'm a junior at a prestigious high school. I'm taking AP Spanish, honors American literature, AP Calc BC, AP Physics C, and AP US History.
I have A's and B's in all my classes except Calc and Phys.
I'm good at writing, and I want to be an English major.
However, I'm worried that I won't be able to get into a good college. See, I have a C in Calc and an F in Physics. As hard as I try, I just can't can't seem to get all the math and science stuff right. And these classes are really hard because they're college level classes, and I'm really struggling right now.
So to boil it down: I want be an English major (and hopefully never see any math or science again). I want to get into a good enough college where the English department is very good. I'm taking AP Calc and Physics, but my grades in there suck. Is there any chance that I can get into a good college even though my math and science grades suck?

why do we educate all the members of our society?.. would our grades really matter in the real world or the skills we acquired?...do you think the schools across the globe are preparing us for the future the right way?...if all the schools start all over again, would we crumble and fall and fail?...

I like reading with different materials. In our society, books are not the only resource for gaining the informations. I read for my interested and hobbies, not only for a certificate or degree. What is your opinons for reading or study? Will it only for the cert? So, what is more advantage benefits?

okay so i am in my junior year and my guidance counselor pulled me into his office to talk about college ... i told him that i am interested in nursing, always have been and plan to go to college for that. Is is legal according to state and federal law for school districts or school principals to distribute a list of each teacher's free and reduced lunch students for use in determining students to target for state testing under No Child Left Behind? What about for determining which students to tutor so that NCLB numbers are better on state testing? I have found my state's policy as well as the USDA's policy online, but both are ambiguous, stating that a LEA can use the information for participation in school programs. If this practice is in violation of state or federal law, how can I report it anonymously?

I have a research paper i need help with. I'm so freakin confused. Our teacher said we can only use databases 2 get our info from. So here's what I have so far...

Illegal Immigration is a big problem in the United States. The pros and cons of illegals is a never ending rollercoaster. Some say the pros of illegals are cheap labor, reduced pollution rate, they work the strenuous jobs Americans don’t want to, and they are working to send money to their families back home that do not have anything. There are numerous cons to illegals being in America. Others say, the cons are increased crime rate, taxes, diseases, identity theft, language barriers, and lower wages for Americans.

And then when i go 2 start my 2nd paragraph i'm completely dumbfounded. I'm not sure if it's because i only have written one research paper my whole life or because it is just rly hard 2 find things thru databases. How should i put this paper 2gether? Any ideas, help, or links?
