Let me see if I can give you an answer to this. The point of view as I write this is as a person interested in your questions but not involved in them where your point of view would be from the person asking the question and should this be for a classroom assignment the point of view of the teacher would be to see how well you did on the question. An objective description would be if you were watching this take place between myself and someone else. You would write a description of the process but it would be an objective description because you would not be for or against what was being done, unless you were not objective and wanted your paper to be better than hers.
the description would be just that, what you see. If you were to see an accident, for example, you would see the two cars approaching, you can describe the speed of the cars, whether one of them has a green light or a red one, and so on.
The dominant impression would be what dominates your thought. That might be, using the accident example again, , that you have a dominant thought that one of the two cars is going to cause an accident driving that fast and in that manner. I hope this helps a bit.
