Is this following sentence grammatically correct?

I wish to dedicate this thesis to my mother, for her never-ending and unconditional support, and to my late father.

I'm unsure about the punctuation, whether there needs to be a comma between support & and or not, or if it should be a semi-colon. Can anyone help?

My son is currently in his second year of teaching and is preparing to pursue his degree in school administration. He has all level certification. However he has two young girls and I know assistant principals are overworked. Does anyone know if there is a notible difference in the after hours spent by an elementary principal, middle school or secondary? I know there are a lot of games with secondary. Anyways any suggestions would be helpful.

My roommate says, "Peh-Kahn" (from Texas) and I say, "Pee-Can" (from New England).

I know it doesn't matter, but I'm interested in seeing which one is the more prevalent pronounciation.
