In English, how would you conjugate the verb "to go", or specifically would it be "to be in the motion of go"?

To express the "continuous present" you would use the forms of "to be going"..
I am going
you are going
he is going .. etc

Otherwise you would use the basic forms of "to go"
I go
you go
he goes
